"Hola. Me llamo Javier Moran.. hace anos que estoy en esta Compania de Seguro’s mas de 4o5 anos. El mes pasado sin previo aviso aumentaron la poliza Y este mes, la volvieron a elevar aun mas en total 62 dolares mas. Llamo para reclamar que esta pasando y me dicen que es una directiva y que el aumento es para todo el mundo. Creo y debe ser asi. Que si vas a subir el valor de la poliza deberian discutirlo con el cliente para ver si puede pagar la Nueva suma. Además. Yo puedo exigir mas beneficios al pagar mas. El seguro quiere mas plata y yo mas beneficios. Porque de eso se trata de negociar. No de imponer. Y si esas son las condiciones yo no estoy de Acuerdo… y lamentablemente.. las molestias causadas son de muy mal gusto. Ya Que me dijeron que aunque vaya a la oficina no aceptaran cambiarme lo ya dispuesto. Steven me atendio y me hablo de sea manera. Como cliente que paga. Exijo respeto y exijo que para sacar mas dinero que el que yo autorizo de mi cuenta tienen la obligacion de llamar y comunicar antes. No despues… y si van a cobrar por sis servicios deben comunicarlo porque no todos estamos de acuerdo a que los Seguro’s sigan abusando de las tarifas tan absurdas que impotence en muchas occasions… gracias"
